This paint is two-component, one is based on epoxy resin and polyamide hardener along with titanium dioxide pigment and contains various anti-corrosion pigments and it is produced and supplied with hardened polyamide hardener.

Uses
This color is used as a very suitable middle layer for the equipment of water pump houses, pipelines and water transmission, equipment submerged in fresh water, concrete and metal tanks containing water and all metal structures in coastal and off shore areas.
Equipment required for implementation
The following devices can be used to apply this color
- Spray with air: CONVENTIONAL SPRAY (pressure 3-4 atmospheres) (nozzle opening 1.8-1.6 mm) from a 2 or 2.2 mm nozzle
- Spray without air: SPRAY AIRLESS (pressure 6-7 atmospheres) from the nozzle 660/.or 482/.mm

Surface preparation
The target surface should be cleaned from any pollution such as dust, oil, grease, etc. and the target surface should be sandblasted according to the Swedish standard 8501-1iso 2.1/2, SA up to 3 SA cleanliness. The required profile for this primer is 50/75 microns.
Weather conditions, time of implementation and method of use
First, mix the two components A and B separately, then add the hardener (component B) to the paint (component A) according to the mixing percentage mentioned on the label and mix until the channel is uniform. This product is highly flammable and should be kept away from sparks and flames. Due to the harmfulness of continuous inhalation of the solvent vapors of this product, it is necessary to use glasses and masks in closed spaces, as well as ventilation during the painting time.
