This two-component paint is based on epoxy resin and polyamide hardener, and it contains anti-corrosion pigments, enriched with magnesium oxide, and it is produced and supplied with hardened polyamide hardener.
Product feature
Excellent resistance to water and chemicals – excellent adhesion to primer – excellent resistance to corrosion factors This product is used as an intermediate color in epoxy and polyurethane paint systems and in high and medium corrosive environments. For protection, the color of the top is required according to the weather conditions
Uses
This color is used as a very suitable middle layer for pipelines and water transmission, water tanks and all equipment that are in contact with potable and non-potable water.
Equipment required for implementation
The following devices can be used to apply this color
- Spray with air: CONVENTIONAL SPRAY (pressure 3-4 atmospheres) (nozzle opening 1.8-1.6 mm) from a 2 or 2.2 mm nozzle
- Spray without air: SPRAY AIRLESS (pressure 6-7 atmospheres) from the nozzle 660/.or 482/.mm
- roller
- brush (for small surfaces)

Weather conditions, time of implementation and method of use
First, mix the two components A and B separately, then add the hardener (component B) to the paint (component A) according to the mixing percentage mentioned on the label and mix until the channel is uniform. After 20 minutes, allow the mixture to react between Do two parts according to the type of spraying, add thinner to it and mix it until it is uniform and ready to use. According to the useful life after mixing, you should mix the amount of color that can be consumed in this period of time. The ambient temperature should be between 10 and 40 degrees and the surface temperature during painting should be at least 3 degrees Celsius above the dew point and the air humidity should be at most 80%, and the surface should be free of ice and moisture. After finishing the work, wash all the equipment with a suitable thinner.
safety tips
This product is highly flammable and should be kept away from sparks and flames. Due to the harmfulness of continuous inhalation of the solvent vapors of this product, it is necessary to use glasses and masks in closed spaces, as well as ventilation during the painting time.
