This silicone paint product is produced and supplied based on silicone resin and aluminum paste. It is usually applied as a system and on zinc ethyl silicate primer to better protect the metal surface from corrosion.

Uses
This color is used as a heat resistant for equipment surfaces, furnaces, tanks and chimneys whose temperature is up to 200. This paint is usually not applied as a single layer and requires zinc ethyl silicate primer to fully protect the OC equipment against corrosion.
Equipment required for implementation
The following devices can be used to apply this color
- Spray with air :(pressure 3-4 atmospheres) (nozzle opening mm 1.8-1.6)
- roller
- brush (for small surfaces)
Surface preparation
The target surface should be cleaned from any contamination such as dust, oil, grease, etc. If more than 72 hours have passed since the primer was applied, the target surface should be roughened after cleaning.
How to use
This is a one-part color, first mix the color completely until the channel is uniform, according to the type of spraying, add thinner to it and mix it until it is uniform and ready to use. The ambient temperature for painting should be 10-40 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the surface during painting should be at least 3 degrees Celsius above the dew point and the air humidity should be at least 80%, and the surface should be free of ice and moisture. After finishing the work, wash all the equipment with a suitable thinner

This product is highly flammable and should be kept away from sparks and flames. Due to the harmfulness of continuous inhalation of the solvent vapors of this product, it is necessary to use glasses and masks in closed spaces, as well as ventilation during the painting time.
